By downloading, installing, or using Meet Notifications ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meet Notifications is a macOS menu bar application that:

• ✅ Provides notifications for upcoming Google Meet meetings
• ✅ Syncs with your Google Calendar
• ✅ Helps you join meetings on time
• ✅ Assists with "running late" notifications

3. Your Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Provide accurate information when setting up the App
• Maintain the security of your Google account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to harass, spam, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the App without permission

5. Google Account Integration

The App requires access to your Google Calendar to function. By using the App:

• You authorize the App to access your Google Calendar in read-only mode
• You understand that the App will fetch meeting information from your calendar
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings
• You acknowledge that Google's Terms of Service also apply to your use of their services

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Meet Notifications and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information

Meeting Attendance

Important: While we strive to provide reliable notifications, we cannot guarantee that you will never miss a meeting. The App depends on:

• Your device being powered on and not in sleep mode
• Your internet connection
• Google Calendar API availability
• Your system notification settings

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet Notifications and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Missed meetings or appointments
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss (though we don't store your data anyway)
• Any other damages arising from your use of the App

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may include:

• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• New features and functionality
• Changes required for compatibility
• Security updates

We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms, though this is unlikely given the App's local nature.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
